Tra Vinh University Signing MoU with Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation
On December 21, Dr. Arumugaraj Davitdurai Pandian (David Aru), the Regional Director of the Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST) visited Tra Vinh University (TVU). During the working session, ASSIST and TVU reached an agreement and signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to confirm the long-term cooperation.

TVU's delegation included Associate Professor Dr. Diep Thanh Tung, Vice Rector of Tra Vinh University, and representatives of related units under TVU.

On this occasion, both parties explored and discussed potential collaboration areas. Dr. David Aru mentioned that ASSIST is currently developing numerous projects in education, health, environment, and agriculture developed with technology. He expressed the desire to establish new collaborative initiatives, particularly in the field of sustainable agriculture, integrating modern technological devices.
Associate Professor Dr. Diep Thanh Tung, Vice Rector of Tra Vinh University, conveyed the expectation that ASSIST and TVU will collaboratively engage in thorough research to identify prospective areas for future cooperation, emphasizing a particular focus on education and training to develop human resources.
